Speaker 1 00:00:12 Hi, my name is, and on this episode of We Junior, we are going to be talking about animals. Speaker 2 00:00:24 Hey everybody, this is another re world junior episode, and today we are talking about our favorite animals. Harlan, this was your idea for an episode. What's your favorite animal? Speaker 1 00:00:36 A unicorn. Speaker 2 00:00:37 Have you ever seen a unicorn? Speaker 1 00:00:40 No. Speaker 2 00:00:41 But it's your favorite anyway. Speaker 1 00:00:44 Yeah. Speaker 2 00:00:45 You row. What's your favorite animal? Speaker 1 00:00:47 A king cobra. Speaker 2 00:00:49 That's an interesting choice. Why did you pick that one? Speaker 1 00:00:53 Um, because I like snakes. Speaker 2 00:00:54 You like snakes? Coral. What's your favorite animals? Speaker 3 00:00:58 Cause when I had this, Speaker 2 00:01:01 Because you want one that has a sparkle on it? Speaker 3 00:01:03 Yeah, with Speaker 2 00:01:04 A bow. With a bow. You have a sparkly bow on today, Owen. And what's your favorite animal? Lion. Why is the lion your favorite animal? Cause Speaker 3 00:01:14 And is smartest animals, but honey batter is smarter. Speaker 2 00:01:20 Kai, what's your favorite? Mm, Speaker 3 00:01:22 Cute kitties. Speaker 2 00:01:23 Cute kitties? Mm-hmm. <affirmative>. We have a cute kitty. We actually have two kind of, which one is your favorite between our two cute kitties? Like who do you like? Mm. Speaker 3 00:01:32 Food I like the most? Mm-hmm. <affirmative>? Um, I would say smokey. Speaker 2 00:01:35 Smokey, Smokey's. Pretty cool. I like Taita too, but there is, is Speaker 3 00:01:38 I like smokey better because then at the flea kit she does, she catches all the mice. Speaker 2 00:01:43 Yeah, we have a, we have a cat, we have a, a, a business that's a big warehouse. And um, we have a cat that lives in the warehouse and catches mice for us. And he's very sweet. And then we have a cat that lives at our house who's also very sweet, but, but Kai saying that she likes the one that lives at our warehouse better. So we all have all these favorite animals. And just, just for it, just so you guys know, my favorite animal is a tiger. I like them because I think they're very pretty and they're big, like, uh, like Owen's lions. But I, I'm wondering, like, some people keep lots, like we just ha we have two cats. And I know, um, Harland and Ronan, you guys have a cat. And I know Owen, you used to have a pet. So should we, we we, sometimes we keep animals as pets and we keep them for, for, you know, to keep us company. But should animals be kept as pets? Speaker 3 00:02:28 Yeah, Speaker 2 00:02:29 We do. What, what do you think Owen? And you think we should keep animals as pets? Speaker 3 00:02:32 Yeah, we should keep all animals as pets. Speaker 2 00:02:36 All animals should be pets. What do you think? Coral? Even like, even an octopus. Should we keep octopus as, as pets? No. No, but Ronan said it. King Cobra. That's a big snake. Should we keep that as a pet? No. Why? Because why coral? Because Speaker 3 00:02:51 It might be Speaker 2 00:02:52 Poisonous. It might be poisonous. Ronan, it's a poisonous snake. Why would we keep that as a, as a Speaker 1 00:02:57 Pet? Because you can keep it as a baby and then when it grows up, you can release it into the Speaker 2 00:03:04 Wild. So, okay. So you don't think we should keep them forever as pets? But we should keep them for a little while. Okay. What do you think? Harlem? No. How come? Speaker 1 00:03:14 Cause well, the poison, they might attack you. Speaker 2 00:03:18 That's what I was thinking. I was thinking that they might attack us. Do you think we should keep animals as pets kind? Speaker 3 00:03:25 Yes. But I would say king Cobra. Speaker 2 00:03:28 You would what about a king Cobra? Speaker 3 00:03:30 I would say we could keep one with And they were a baby Speaker 2 00:03:32 Uhhuh. <affirmative>. Keep it, keep it when they're a baby. Yes. Speaker 3 00:03:35 Okay. And then you would, and then you would kick it outside because it's gonna be too big. So, because it wouldn't fit in your big old house. Speaker 2 00:03:42 Well, it would fit in your house. To me it would just be really scary. So what Speaker 3 00:03:46 About we could put it in a Speaker 2 00:03:47 Cage. We could put it in a cage. Um, but then maybe they probably wouldn't like living in a cage. What were you gonna say, Owen? Um, Speaker 3 00:03:53 There's one big snake at zoo. That's Speaker 2 00:03:59 Huge. Do you know the name of it? I, there's, there is one I think, I think I'm thinking of. That is really huge. It begins with an A. Do you know the name of it? Is that the name of the one you're thinking of? Speaker 3 00:04:08 Um, yeah, I Speaker 2 00:04:09 Think so. You think so? Do you know what it's called? I forget. Ronan, do you know the name of the there there's a really big, huge snake. Anacon? Yes, it's an anaconda. It's ana. Really huge snake. Now, we've talked about, uh, we've talked about animals that live on land, and we've talked about Ronan. I mean, Harlem brought up animals that live in water, but which of these animals do we think are cooler? Do we think animals that live on land are cooler? Or do we think that animals that live in the water or cooler, you think, but equally as cool Harlem? Speaker 1 00:04:40 Yeah, because my unicorn is a land in them, but sea turtles and dolphins and all the other animals that live in the ocean are very cool. Speaker 2 00:04:55 They are pretty cool. They all, they all can do some pretty cool things. Kai, what were you gonna say? Speaker 3 00:05:00 Um, we could, I wanna keep both. Speaker 2 00:05:05 You like both? Yeah. Well, Ronan Ronette was talking about what we were talking about this episode before we started taping. And he said he likes animals that are what, what was the words you used? Ar Ronan Speaker 1 00:05:15 Amphibious. Speaker 2 00:05:16 He likes animals that are amphibious. He likes animals that can live both in the water and on land. Like what are some examples of some amphibious animals? Ronan a turtle one to the cross. A fish only lives in the water. Speaker 3 00:05:30 Um, crocodile was in alligators. Speaker 2 00:05:33 Yep. Crocodiles and alligators are also amphibious. All right. Well, I think we, we've talked about which animals we think are cooler. We've talked about which animals were our favorite, and we've talked about whether or not we should be able to keep 'em forever. And I think we are divided on that. Well, actually, I don't think we're divided. I think that we both all, we all think that we should be able to keep pets. I I wanna thank everybody for listening to this episode of Rew Woke Jr. Where we gave our opinions about animals.
